We've gathered our intel and lined up the data and the results are in! haha :) actually we just want to give you as much information as possible and have it readily available to you without having to go back and forth through countless emails! Below are some of our most commonly asked questions.

• Are all of the photos edited?

Yes, all images delivered to you are edited.

• What size are the photos?

We shoot with the latest and greatest DSLR and mirrorless cameras capable of creating billboard size prints! Once your images are edited, they are exported at 100% highest resolution, at 300dpi, ready for print.
In addition, we also give you a web size downloadable link option, which is more suitable for sharing on social media and keeping images on your phone without sacrificing all of your storage.

• Are the photos ours or do we have to buy prints from you?

All images are yours to use as you please! Share them with family and friends, print them at Costco, order a canvas from Shutterfly, the options are up to you. Nothing ever comes watermarked, held hostage, or made difficult for you to access. You are able to purchase prints, albums, etc. straight from your online gallery, however you are free to use any print lab of your choice once you download your images.

• Do you have a travel fee?

We do charge a travel fee with weddings outside of San Luis Obispo county of 85 cents per mile roundtrip. The fee covers any costs from fuel, hotel, food, or rental car if needed. To estimate your cost, you can use google maps from SLO to your venue and back.
If your wedding is outside of California and requires flight, please reach out to us for a custom travel quote! We love to travel :)

• Do we need to give you a shot list for our wedding?

The only list we would love to have is a family shot list of important names/people you would like pictures with after your ceremony. It really ensures you don't forget anyone, especially that Aunt and Uncle you haven't seen in eight years.

• Can you help us make a timeline?

Absolutely, we would love to help! Typically your wedding coordinator takes care of these fun little details ;) however if you need help with a timeline, we are here and can offer suggestion at every step of the process.

• How many photos do we get?

For an average 8 hour wedding, you can expect 600-800 images. This number may differ based on type of events, and size of the wedding.

• When can we expect to get our photos or video back!?

Our goal for every wedding is a 3-6 week turnaround time, however it may be quicker or longer based on the season.
You should expect a good handful of photos the day after your wedding!

• How do we book and pay you?

Payments are typically split into two. 50% of your package price is due when you book to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your wedding day. Other custom payment options are available per request.
